REFUND POLICY 

Thank you for choosing Doogle’s Donuts. We take great pride in our products and strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that damages and issues may occur during transit, and we are here to make it right.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item. Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery via email at dooglesdonuts@gmail.com or using our contact form. Please provide photographs of the product/s, however, do not dispose of the products.

We will replace any products damaged before receipt, provided we are notified upon receipt and before the item is opened. If you are experiencing external damage to the product, please contact us immediately to evaluate the issue.

Please take note of the storage instructions for our products, as we cannot offer refunds or replacements if our products are not taken care of in accordance with the instructions.

Please note that items cannot be returned, as our products are perishable goods. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
